EUCALAN DELICATE WASH IS A GENTLE, NO-RINSE WASH WHICH IS PERFECT FOR YOUR WOOLLENS, HAND KNITS AND OTHER DELICATES.
Eucalan Delicate Wash is ideal for handwashing, and can be used in a top or front loading machine. The environmentally friendly formula also acts as a dust mite deterrent and anti-static.
Eucalan is a no-rinse wash, meaning that the formula delicately releases dirt into the wash basin, cleaning fabric without the need of a final rinse through. Though the fabric absorbs a little of the soap, it has beneficial properties. Lanolin fortifies & conditions clothing fibres - particularly great for woolens & knits, but can be used on most anything.
Additionally, some of the pure essential oils used for our scents, are naturally anti-bacterial or moth-inhibiting. These are intended to remain in the clothing to further benefit from; Think swim suits & lingerie that lie close to the skin, or blankets & knitted sweaters that get packed away for the cold months.
Eucalan’s no-rinse formula is also convenient – great for travel when you’re not likely to have a washing machine, or are seeking to conserve water.
If you still feel the urge to rinse, it is safe to do so. The soap has done its job of cleaning, though you will lose the lasting effects of the lanolin & essential oils.
Infused with pure beneficial essential oils, Eucalan is non-toxic, biodegradable and phosphate free, enriched with natural lanolin.
The 100ml bottle contains enough delicates wash for approximately 20 hand washes. It is the perfect size for travel and gifting.
It is available in five different scents:
- Eucalyptus - Eucalyptus Delicate Wash is Eucalan’s original scent. First introduced in 1989, it is scented using essential oil of eucalyptus. Eucalyptus oil is a natural moth and flea inhibitor, so use Eucalan Eucalyptus regularly on woolens and particularly before storing them for the season. The lanolin enriched formula helps to naturally condition fibres and keep static away. Use on all your delicates like sweaters, lingerie, hosiery, comforters, down jackets, bathing suits, and baby items. This fresh, clean scent is an excellent unisex choice.
- Lavender - Eucalan’s Lavender Delicate Wash is scented using the essential oil of lavender. Known for its natural moth and flea inhibiting with antiseptic properties, this is a versatile wash for all fibres. The lanolin enriched formula naturally conditions fibres to keep static away. Lavender’s sweet soothing scent is ideal for baby items like blankets, stuffed animals, clothing and wool diaper covers. Our most versatile scent, use it on all your delicates like sweaters, lingerie, hosiery, comforters, linens, bedding, down jackets and bathing suits.
- Grapefruit - Eucalan’s Grapefruit Delicate Wash is scented using essential oil of grapefruit. Grapefruit oil is a natural antiseptic which is particularly beneficial when washing garments that lie close to the skin such as hosiery, workout wear, bathing suits and lingerie. The lanolin enriched formula helps to naturally condition fibres and keep static away. Use on all your delicates and enjoy the fresh, light, invigorating scent.
- Jasmine - Eucalan’s newest scent is Jasmine by designer Kristin Omdahl, infused with the beneficial essential oil of Night Bloom Jasmine. Jasmine oil is a natural antiseptic making it perfectly suited for your most delicate fibres. Like all Eucalan scents, Wrapture contains a touch of lanolin to naturally condition fibres and keep static to a minimum. Wrap your delicates in an aphrodisiac with the intoxicating scent of Jasmine.
- Unscented - Eucalan’s Natural Delicate Wash is the same trusted formula, but unscented. It is Eucalan - bare naked, with no added chemicals to hide the natural scent of the product. The lanolin enriched formula helps to condition fibres and keep static away. For those with scent sensitivities, use Eucalan Natural on all your delicates like sweaters, lingerie, hosiery, comforters, down jackets, bathing suits and baby items.
