Wild Earth Yarns strive to deliver quality products.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.

Although every effort has been made to try to ensure the products are as you see them, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the screen to screen variation in display of colours and shades.

Returns

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will happily provide a replacement, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the fault or damage

 

Conditions for Returns

Products, in their original condition, purchased from Wild Earth Yarns may be returned for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging (unless faulty).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items unless faulty.

  • The customer shall incur a 5% restocking.

Refunds

  • Wild Earth Yarns will notify the buyer of a refund once they have received and processed the returned item. The buyer can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase or a replacement item within 7-14 business days.
  • If the return is not due to the seller's error, the seller will deduct the shipping costs and credit card fees from any refund.
  • If the buyer used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item returned, that part of the refund will be credited on a future purchase.
  • Wild Earth Yarns accepts no responsibility for any item returned that does not meet the stated conditions.

 Canceling an order

  • We cannot guarantee that an order can be intercepted by our team. Once the order has progressed to our packing process the order will not be able to be intercepted and the customer will need to organise returning the order at their own cost. 
  • Wild Earth Yarns will not offer a refund on canceled orders but will apply a store credit.
