Our blending unit is the key for all of our products. We begin all processes with blending the fibre to prepare and open it prior to carding.

With the running of 5 carding machines, we are capable of producing fine woollen spun yarns to coarser yarns suitable for carpet or rug making.

Our gilling machines process carded sliver for semi-worsted spun yarn

Combing removes the short fibre content and vegetable matter form the wool to create a smooth sleek yarn.

With our spinning frames we can offer the following:

•Fine woollen spun yarn

•Course woollen spun yarn

•Worsted spun yarn

•Semi-worsted spun yarn

We have a double sided ring twister and can twist to any specification.

Product can be finished in either hank form or on cone.
