Sage and Blossom Bunny Knitting Pattern

Blossom and Sage are the cutest wee bunnies. Blossom loves to show off her buttons and bows with her matching shoes, stripy stockings and lacey dress. Under the dress she has matching picot-edged knickers with a yarn bow.

Sage has pants with braces, cool shoes and socks, a preppy cabled jumper and a dapper bowtie.

The clothes are not designed to be removed. Blossom and Sage are 26 cm high from shoes to ears.

DMC embroidery floss 520.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

3.00 mm knitting needles.
Darning needle for sewing up.
A fine embroidery needle for sewing the nose, eyes, eyebrows and smile.
Make-up blush, if desired.
Dacron stuffing.
3.00 mm crochet hook for scarf fringe.

The yarn label may suggest that you use larger knitting needles. It is important when knitting toys that the work is tight and firm so holes do not form in the knitting and stuffing of small pieces.

3.00 mm needles are recommended when using 8ply and 4ply yarn for this pattern.

SAFETY

This toy is not safe for unsupervised play by babies due to the inclusion of buttons, as these could be a choking hazard. Embroidered instructions are included for the eyes. Other buttons may be omitted if desired and clothing stitched together as appropriate.
